Regular price items may be returned up to 2 weeks after you have received the order. Please email us with your order number to initiate a return.
Returns for christmas gifts will be accepted if initiated before January 9th. Please email us with your order number to initiate a return of christmas items. Sale or discounted items are not returnable or refundable even if they were purchased as christmas gifts.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items, and we can only refund the cost of the item returned, not the original shipping cost. Once the item is received we will refund the purchase price as long as the item is still in brand new condition and hasn't been washed or worn.
Best practice on returned items is to ship with a trackable and insured method. Ninetimes is not liable for any lost packages being shipped back to us as a return.
The ordering customer is solely responsible for any duty or taxes incurred on returned orders from another country returning to Canada. If this situation occurs, the duty or taxes will be taken out of the final refund. If you are returning an order from another country the best practice is to mark the shipment as a gift in order to avoid duties or taxes.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund on orders of $500 or more.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to return to your account although it is usually faster than that.
