Nike needs no introduction. Skaters have worn the swoosh on their feet as far back as the 80s. After a failed attempt to enter the skateboarding world in the mid-90s, the sportswear superpower launched Nike SB in 2002 with a small, but talented team of skaters and designers. By reworking an iconic basketball shoe from the 80s, the Nike SB Dunk was born and Nike began to carve out its seat in the skateboarding industry.
