Originally intended to be a high-end sneaker label, Polar Skate Co. founder Pontus Alv joined his friend’s project in a rebrand to focus on making good skate shoes. Unhappy with the largely corporate landscape of the skate shoe industry, Last Resort serves to make good-looking shoes with skateboarding exclusively in mind. The brand also aims to inspire others within the skate industry to return to the idea of being imaginative and having fun.
